elleuba's christmas function on Saturday arvo was lots of fun, and I am glad I got the opportunity to catch up with all the people who were there, including whitealinta, before she heads off overseas. It was nice to have a breather.

I really loved the movie 'Miss Pettigrew lives for a day'- it was gorgeous! I loved that it was fast-paced, witty and simultaneously gentle. I was utterly charmed. Go see it, folks. I think, as much as the movie, I loved sitting down on gabyvarius' couch and doing little more than just simply existing with some pretty awesome people. 'Twas happymaking.

I made my lunch this morning, and put the assembled product down on my bed while I gathered my bag. Turns out I grabbed the sandwich, but left my delicious-looking nectarines sitting on my doona. Hopefully, the dog doesn't sleep on them, thereby turning them into nectarine juice all over my bedding. *bes twit* :/
