So. There you go. Cleaning house is not fun. *sneezes*
BUT. We found the spoon, so mother is happy. It was in the freezer, despite mother's vehement claims to the contrary. Sneaky Mcsneakalot the Spoon.

Beach trip was rockin'. Wish I were still there, even though, by and large, it was entirely too cold to actually indulge in the beach itself. I didn't get to wear a skirt, even though I packed 3. Stupid weather. Highlights of the trip, in dot point form and in no particular order:

- going on a horseback winery tour. Wine and horses! What's not to love?
- sleeping in
- watching [livejournal.com profile] ockyflam and Nat do some kickass fire twirling
- building sandcastles with [livejournal.com profile] brong and [livejournal.com profile] pyrrha17's little girl, aged 3.
- catching up with interstaters. *waves*
- laughing at [livejournal.com profile] dzurlady as we all watched MikeyWay (the inflatable boat named after the person, not the person himself) tumble away across the bay, off on a solo adventure to Tasmania. I reveled in the irony that the namesake is terrified of open water, but the boat made a mad dash for freedom and seemed quite gleeful, for a boat. It was his maiden voyage, too. Bye, Mikey! *giggles*

I had a weird dream last night. [livejournal.com profile] heffiethedragon was a psycho stalker who was trying to kill me. My parents found me at the opportune moment (when [livejournal.com profile] heffiethedragon had tracked me down and had just revealed both her identity and her intent, which was pretty much to butcher me), but they didn't believe that [livejournal.com profile] heffiethedragon was actually a psycho (because, duh, we've known her since she was 5, so there's no way she's evil, right?), so even though they pinned her down, it wasn't very secure and I didn't want to leave to get the police because I thought that my parents would probably let her go when I left the room. Hmm. Crazy ass dream.

There's more to write, but I have to go now; dad and I are off to the South Melbourne Market to replenish our diminutive fridge supplies.
