So it turned out to be a highly amusing weekend.
I witnessed Adam Hills give a spontaneous topless lap dance to a midget (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
heffiethedragon's friend) as her birthday present, while Ali McGregor stood by and pissed herself laughing, along with the entire audience. I feel that Adam Hills deserves a sparkly unicorn, or at least flowers.
There was more nudity to come, however (and this time it was planned, and did not involve Adam). Alas, there was jumping and water throwing and all in all, my eyes, they burn! (My typing, it fails...)
If you get the chance, go see 'Boy With The Tape On His Face', because he was really good! Also, he was not nude. Just so you know.
I also enjoyed Jamie Kilstein on Saturday night - if you like your comedy with a generous side helping of thought-provoking, check him out.
I love how the comedy festival makes Melbourne noticeably more cheerful, collectively. Everybody walking through the CBD just seems more positive, I love it!
After Jamie's show, I went to a 21st, whereup I metgabyvarius, whitealinta and my_stro, amongst others. We occupied the couch a lot and generally engaged in snuggling. I approve! Sunday was very lazy indeed. ♥
Anyway. Am playing tonight. Am not prepared. Am maybe a little bit nervous. As a bonus, am leaving work early.
