I had serious issues getting to work this morning. I woke up feeling spectacular for all the wrong reasons (and no, I wasn't hung over). Figured it would pass, got ready for work as per usual. It did pass, but not before I closed my eyes on the train to diminish the nausea...and woke up just pulling out of my station. Brilliant. Got off at the next stop, which is at the back end of absolutely nowhere (Westall, for the record), and waited for a train coming back the other way. Half an hour later... *groan*. All in all, I was 45 minutes later than I should have been to arrive at work. It wasn't the end of the world, but I can think of better ways to spend a morning than on a cold platform in outer whoopwhoop.

At least today has sped past since then. Home time!
